Anti-inflammation Tea

Anti-inflammation Tea: 

Add these ingredients to medium saucepan:

4 cups of hot water

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 inch of sliced ginger

2 limes sliced thin

2 cinnamon sticks

2 cracks of fresh ground pepper 

maple syrup to taste (when ready to serve)

Bring first 6 ingredients to simmer for 10 min uncovered on the stovetop then strain. Your tea is now ready! Let cool slightly and store in a large glass jar in the fridge. When ready to serve, pour 1/4 cup of the tea concentrate into a tea cup and fill up the rest of the way with boiled water. Squeeze 1 lime into the tea before serving and add maple syrup to taste.  Enjoy!
